Digital Banona was founded on a clear observation one that repeated itself across every business, every industry, every role over 13 years.

Most growth challenges are not caused by lack of effort. The brand team is working. Marketing is spending. The sales team is active. And yet revenue growth remains inconsistent, unpredictable, or far below what the activity level should produce.

The reason is almost never capability. It is almost always alignment or the absence of it.

Brand defines perception in one direction. Marketing generates demand in another. Sales pursues targets in a third. Each function is doing its job. But they are not doing it together, toward the same outcome, with the same language and the same framework.
